Headlights Not Shedding Enough Light on Road Ahead

Jim Hanni of AAA Kansas says many of the better performing headlights are sold in Europe, but are outlawed in the US.  Until lobbying efforts work on elected officials to loosen their grip, here is what you can do.

The study indicates that forty percent of driving nationally is done on low lit rural roads.
