Huelskamp: House Ready to Discuss EPA Budget, Role
Washington D.C. (westernkansasnews.com) Congress is set to begin after their 4th of July break and one of the items they will tackle is funding for the Environmental Protection Agency. Spurn by the US Supreme Court on new requirements for power plants and knowing the agency is still pushing for more control in rights of water, Congressman Tim Huelskamp wants the House to start using its constitutional power.
