Three Women Arrested For Role in Hit and Run Accident
Liberal, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Police report shortly before 9 Tuesday night officers were called out to a hit and run accident outside the Southgate Movie Theater.
A 43 year old man was hit by a woman in a maroon Grand Prix driving the getaway car for a man accused of stealing a case of beer from the victim. The victim sustained minor injuries and was checked out at Southwest Medical Center.
The following day officers arrested three Hispanic women wanted in connection with the incident. Suspects are facing charges of aggravated robbery and intimidation of a witness.
