Doll: Housing Crunch Creating Increased Demand
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Garden City is expanding and with that comes meeting the challenge of increased housing in the area. Mayor Janet Doll knows it will be difficult to keep up with the demand.
For now at least construction is trying to fill a bit of the need.
Next Tuesday the Clarion Inn Park Estates will open at the corner of Spruce and Jennie Barker Road. They will feature 35 single family homes for sale and 32 duplex units for rent.
