Learn All About Your Police Department

Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The Dodge City Department is currently accepting applications for their Citizens Police Academy running one night a week from September to November.

Lieutenant Traci Rankin on what applicants must do to qualify.

Applicants must be 18 years or older and have no prior felony or misdemeanor convictions.  Traffic offenses would not necessarily bar someone from enrolling.
