Luis Carlos Meza-Dominguez

Luis Carlos Meza-Dominguez, 58, died August 6, 2015 at his home in Dodge City. He was born on August 12, 1956 in Mexico, the son of Cayetano and Aurora (Dominguez) Meza. 

Luis moved to Dodge City in 1982. He was a foreman at Crustbuster/Speedking in Spearville. He enjoyed dancing, music, and horse racing. 

He was a member of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe of Dodge City. 

Luis is survived by his companion of 27 years, Veronica Martinez of Dodge City; a son, Luis Meza, Jr of Dodge City; a daughter, Laura Meza of Ft. Smith, Arkansas; four grandchildren, three brothers, two sisters and several nieces and nephews. 

Vigil service will be held at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 7:00 PM. Funeral service will be held at Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Wesley Schawe presiding. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Home on Monday, August 10, 2015 from Noon to 5:00 PM. Memorials are suggested to Prairie Home Health or Hospice of the Prairie both in care of the funeral home.
