Vincent T. Laudick, 92, died August 11, 2015 at his home in Albuquerque, NM. He was born on July 15, 1923 in Bellefont, KS to Leo Henry Laudick and Mary Leah (Gleason) Laudick. 

After serving in the Army Air Corp from 1942 to 1946, Vincent attended and graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva, OK where he would meet his fellow saxophone player and wife of 62 years, Imogene May Tippin. Vincent also received his Masters of Music Education from the University of Colorado, and later retired from Saint Mary of the Plains College after over 25 years of service. He had dedicated his life to education, music and student athletes and served on the board of the KSHSAA. He was a teacher, principal, administrator and superintendent of schools working in Deerfield, KS; Kismet, KS; Saint Paul, KS and Dodge City. 

He was preceded in death by his wife; his brothers, Paul, Lester, John, and Richard; and sisters, Mary Leah Fiegel and Katherine Littleton. 

He is survived by his sister Leora Mitchell of Alva, OK; sister-in-laws Mildred Laudick of Oklahoma City, OK; Lucille Laudick of Ardmore, OK; Irene Laudick of Highlands Ranch, CO; and brother-in-law Richard Littleon of Island Falls, Maine; his six children, 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren: Tom Laudick of Grand Ledge, Michigan (Maria, Kaylee and Courtney), Vicki and Jim Hosty of Atlanta, GA (Jamie & Kristi Hosty, Sean and Kari Hosty and Megan Hosty); Tim Laudick of Grand Junction, CO (Nicole & Ben Kagerer; Renee & Keegan McKee; and Eric & Jasmine Laudick); Ted Laudick of Denver, CO (Jordan & Heath Brooks: Allie and Michael); Tony Laudick of Parker, CO; Terry and Lana Laudick of Albuquerque, NM (Janea, Zac and Lucas); and great grandchildren Haley, Ashley and Emily Hosty; Dylan Hosty; Hudson, Lander and Carys Brooks; Connor and Ryder Kagerer; and Holden McKee. 

Vigil service will be 7:00 pm Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Ziegler Funeral Chapel, Dodge City. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am Friday, August 28, 2015 at Sacred Heart Cathedral, 901 Central Ave., Dodge City with Fr. Aneesh Parappanattu presiding. Burial will follow at the Kansas Veterans Cemetery, Ft. Dodge, Kansas, with full military honors by Howard Gotschall VFW Post 1714 and Military Honors for the State of Kansas. Visitation will be Thursday, August 27, 2015 from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm at Ziegler Funeral Chapel.
