Donald A. Taylor, age 70, passed away at his home in Wallace County, Kansas on Friday, September 25, 2015. He was born on December 15, 1944 in Flagler, Colorado, the son Charles Henry and Bertha Elizabeth Beckner Taylor. A resident of Wallace County, Kansas since 2007 moving from Salem, Missouri, he was a Truck Driver and Herdsman on dairy farms.

He was a US Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War from 1962 to 1966 and a member of the Dinas Community Church of Wallace, Kansas, American Legion Post #0336 of Sharon Springs, Kansas, VFW Post #7521 of Tribune, Kansas and was a DAV Member. Donald enjoyed woodworking, coon hunting and spoiling his grandchildren.

On February 11, 1967 he married Margaret N. Cullens in Weskan, Kansas. She survives.

Taylor of Wallace County, Kansas, Two Sons – David & Tammy Taylor of Fairbanks, Alaska, Kenneth & Angela Taylor of Topeka, Kansas, One Daughter – Karren Taylor and Chris Brown of Wallace, Kansas, Seven Brothers – Marvin Taylor of Dayton, Wyoming, Lawrence Taylor of Burlington, Colorado, Robert Taylor of Montana, Floyd Taylor of Laramie, Wyoming, Virgil Taylor of Grand Junction, Colorado, Thomas Taylor of Callao, Missouri, Richard Taylor of Colbran, Colorado, Three Sisters – Alice Lawrence of Garden City, Kansas, Betty Wilkins of Winchester, Virginia, Ethel Brewer of Ramah, Colorado and Five Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Two Brothers- Dale Taylor and James Taylor and One Grand Daughter – Christal. 

Funeral Services will be held at the Dinas Community Church in Wallace, Kansas at 2:00 p.m. M.T. Thursday, October 1, 2015 with the Rev. Paul McNall presiding. 

Interment will be in the Dinas Community Church Cemetery in Wallace, Kansas.

Memorials In Lieu Of Flowers may be given to the Donald A. Taylor Memorial Fund % Price & Sons Funeral Home.

Visitation will be at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Leoti, Kansas from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. CST Tuesday and 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. CST Wednesday.
