Gunsmoke 60th Anniversary Connects Actors with their Fans
Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com)Dodge City rolled out the red carpet this weekend to actors Burt Reynolds and Buck Taylor as they visited with fans as far away as Wisconsin to remember the 60th anniversary of Gunsmoke.
The show even inspired a book written by Ben Costello.
Both Reynolds and Taylor talked about the depth of the characters and development of the stories as a reason for the series success.
