Billie moved with his family to Las Animas in 1951 where he attended Melonfield Elementary School and Bent County High School. He moved to Garden City in 1968 where he was the Plant Manager for Western Alfalfa Corp.. In 1985 he became the Owner-Operator of Garden City Fire & Safety Products until he retired in 2006. He was a Volunteer Fireman for the Garden City Fire Department from 1977 to 1985 and also volunteered at the Finney County Senior Center. He enjoyed watching the Kansas City Royals and Denver Broncos and recently attended his first Royals game and also liked to attend the Senior Dances and follow his Grandchildren’s activities. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Wife & 1 Brother- Jerry Litle.
