Milton Leroy Wallace, 82, died December 28, 2015 at his home in Cimarron. He was born May 22, 1933 in Plains, Meade County, Kansas, to Murle and Dorothy (Cooley) Wallace.  

He graduated high school in Weskan and attended Kansas State University. He served in the United States Army. After his military service, he worked in the agricultural and carpentry fields.  

He married Helen Kittle on October 2, 1955 in Cimarron. She preceded him in death. He later married Roberta Kelsay on June 2, 2003 in Cimarron.  

Milton is survived by his wife, Roberta Wallace of Cimarron; one daughter, Ronda (Paul) Hernandez of Belleville; two sons, Mark (Kathy) Wallace of Chicago, Illinois and Scott (Randall) Wallace of Kansas City, Missouri; 12 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren; four sisters, Thelma Northern of Hutchinson, Frances Hickman of Sharon Springs, Joan Tubbs of Tribune, and Doris (Wally) Mote of Sharon Springs; three brothers, Gordon (Peggy) Wallace of Fowler, Colorado, Kenneth (Emma) Wallace of Louisville, Kentucky and Lynn (Sally) Wallace of Chagrin Falls, Ohio; one step-daughter, Anna (Orlando) Salas of Denver, Colorado; three step-sons, Mark (Lisa) Kelsay of Wichita, Brian (Melanie) Kelsay of Wymore, Nebraska, and Scott Kelsay of Columbus, Indiana.  

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Mary Keihl; one brother, Donald Wallace; and two sons, Robert Wallace and Brian Wallace.  

Graveside service will be held at Swaim Funeral Chapel of Cimarron on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 10:30 AM with Rev. Tom Boese presiding. Military Rites will be provided by KSARNG Military Honors. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Chapel of Cimarron on Friday, January 1, 2016 from Noon to 5:00 PM.
