Kansas Facing Backlog of Immigration Cases

The way it stands is that our judicial system in Kansas is being strained and its preventing many immigration cases from being heard. Immigration attorney Michael Feltman explains.


Feltman says immigrants who wish to fight their deportation can remain in the country at least from one to two years.
