GCCC Student Accused of Assault on Campus
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) An arrest has been made in an alleged assault during a dispute Sunday on campus at Garden City Community College. The victim 19 year old Kayla Jackson-Wallace of Victoria, Texas and the suspect 21 year old Donesha Ruffin of Orlando, Florida were involved in a dispute earlier in the day.
Jackson-Wallace received injuries to her face that required treatment at St. Catherine Hospital. Upon further investigation, Ruffin was arrested and taken to the Finney county jail on the possible charge of aggravated battery.
