Sanchez Charged with Lyons Murder
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Finney County Attorney Susan Richmeier has formally charged 19 year old Felix Sanchez of Garden City with first degree murder in the death of 22 year old Richard Lyons. Lyons was sitting in his car last weekend when he was shot on Mansfield Road.
Richmeier’s office says there is not enough evidence for now to charge 20 year old Rodolfo Garcia in Lyons’ murder. Sanchez will make his initial appearance in court before Judge Ricklin Pierce next Thursday.
