Barbara A. Reynolds

Barbara A. Reynolds, 67, died Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at her home near Dodge City. 

She was born September 26, 1948 at Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Howard and Olive Tracey. On July 14, 1968 she married Allen Reynolds at Kansas City and in 1972 they moved to Dodge City. She was a homemaker and spent the last 20 years working beside her husband at his dental practice in Dodge City. 

She was a member of Grace Community Church in Dodge City. She loved her daughters and grandchildren and enjoyed cooking, going to the casino with her friends, fishing at Lake Texoma and Gospel Music concerts. She was very much a people person. 

Survivors include: her husband, Dr. Allen Reynolds, Dodge City; 2 daughters, Renae Mercado and husband Anthony, Manhattan, Kansas and Kimberly Padget and husband Mike, St. George, Kansas; a son, Christopher Reynolds, Wichita; 4 sisters and a brother; and 5 grandchildren, Schandon Mercado, Scarlett Mercado, Marissa Reynolds, Kaiton Padget and Brecken Padget. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter-in-law, Tracey Barber Reynolds. 

Memorial services will be at 11:00 am Friday, June 17, 2016 at Grace Community Church with Rev. Kirk Larson officiating. There will be no public viewing, cremation has taken place. Friends may sign the register from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Thursday at Ziegler Funeral Chapel, Dodge City.
