DCPD Anticipates Receiving Body Cameras Soon

Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The Dodge City Police Department can not wait. Chief Drew Francis has made the decision on what type of body cameras he wants his officers to use. Now it is just a waiting game to get everything they need.

Part of the training will include making sure officers are recording when its needed.

Officers will be instructed when a call comes to begin recording. We will have more with Chief Francis on Tuesday.
