Dodge City Attorney Turns Over License to Practice Law

Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) An attorney from Dodge City who had been charged with sexual battery of a boy over the age of 16 with whom he was representing has been disbarred from practicing law.

In a written statement Ford County attorney Natalie Randall stated Ford County District Court Cases 16CR178 and 16CR180 have been dismissed with prejudice on the basis of a plea agreement. As part of this agreement, Daniel Arkell submitted to the Attorney Disciplinary Administrator’s Office a letter voluntarily surrendering his license to practice law in Kansas.
