Update: GCPD Arrest Man Wanted For Attempted Murder

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Police are asking for your help to find a suspect wanted for an attempted murder during an argument Monday afternoon on the 600 block of Labador.  The suspect 26 year old Abdulkadir Ali Mohamed is accused of using an object to stab the victim 47 year old Osman Osman multiple times in the head and neck.  Osman was taken to St. Catherine Hospital for his injuries.  

The suspect is a black man at 5-5 and weighing 130 pounds.  He is considered armed and dangerous.  Mohamed could be making his way to Dodge City. Anyone with information is asked to call police.

Responding to a social media tip Garden City Police have arrested a suspect wanted for the attempted murder of another man during an argument Monday afternoon on the 600 block of Labador. 

The suspect 26 year old Abdulkadir Ali Mohamed was taken into custody at the Sunflower Inn. The suspect is accused of using an object to stab the victim 47 year old Osman Osman multiple times in the head and neck.  Osman was taken to St. Catherine Hospital for his injuries.
