Unusual Occurance or Divine Image?

Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Just an unusual circumstance or a deeper meaning? Either way people have been talking about an image that appears on the new monolithic dome of Dodge City Community College’s new Student Activities Center.  Brian Marshall of Building Solutions constructed the building and here is what he has been told.
