Doctor Nolte Responds to DCCC Faculty Coalition Allegations
Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Dodge City Community College President Doctor Harold Nolte was shocked Monday to hear the faculty coalition at the college had a no confidence vote on his leadership. Nolte says he is open to resolve all issues that need discussed.
As for ulterior motives to manipulate numbers to drop classes and add more online instruction, Nolte refutes those claims.
One of the most serious allegations levied against Doctor Nolte is intimidating students and faculty who wish to speak up against changes to personnel and programs. Nolte responds.
Even though a no confidence vote was held by the Faculty Coalition, Nolte believes there are others who are afraid to speak up in support of him.
The issue of no confidence is expected to be brought up again at the next trustee’s meeting December 12th.
