Wanda Lee Blackburn
Wanda Lee Blackburn was born in Dodge City Kansas, to Joseph and Ruth Hacker on January 22, 1934. She departed this life on November 11, 2016.
She married Johnny E. Blackburn on September 28, 1954 in Clayton County New Mexico. She enjoyed bowling, play cards, and putting puzzles together.
Wanda is proceeded in death by her husband Johnny Blackburn, son, Johnny Blackburn Jr., and grandson Robbie Blackburn. Wanda is survived by four children: Mona Blackburn, of Topeka Kansas; Richard Blackburn, Joseph Blackburn, and Jeff Blackburn, all of Dodge City Kansas; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at Swaim Funeral Home, Dodge City on Wednesday November 16, 2016 at 2:00 PM with Alan Smith presiding. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Montezuma. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Home on Tuesday November 15, 2016 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Memorials are suggested to Ford County Fire/EMS Education Fund in care of the funeral home.
