Allen: Nudity Ordinance Quickly Solved Hole in Existing Law
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Loopholes in laws can always create confusion for those enforcing them. Last week City Manager Matt Allen says the Garden City Commission did a smart thing in for lack of a better term “covering up” one loophole that would have served noticed for those that bare all.
Allen complimented both the city attorney and prosecutor for pointing out the need to address the issue.
