Beall: One Year Probation for Physicians Assistant Erskin

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A Physician Assistant in Garden City who later pleaded guilty to administering Botox sent in from Canada that did not meet Food and Drug Administration requirements has received one year probation. 

53 year old Joel Erskin purchased the drugs used for removing wrinkles as owner of Renovo Medical. Erskin was charged with not telling his patients that the drugs did not meet federal standards. Erskin has also been accused of misrepresenting himself as a doctor when talking with patients.
