Commission Establishes Emergency Budget Plans

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Times are good in Garden City, but at last Tuesday’s City Commission meeting, City Manager Matt Allen was pleased that commissioners took the initiative to plan ahead and prepare for the worst.

Allen thinks Garden City is one of the first communities in Kansas to take these proactive steps.  It was also a priority outlined by the city commission earlier this year.
