Cleanup Efforts Underway After Snow Storm’s Departure
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Now that the snow storm has passed the cleanup effort begins. For residents in Garden City their objective now is to pick up all the tree branches lying in the yard. Brian Schwartz had parts of his 30 year old maple trees fall.
And for some like Isedero Romo he can not remember something like this ever happening.
Beginning next week city crews will pick up small tree limbs no longer than four feet in length and two inches in diameter with normal trash pickup over a series of several weeks.
