Baker signs with Knicks

From Scott City, KS all the way to the NBA, Ron Baker has made a living of superseding expectations.

After a rookie season that saw him start 13 games and average 4 points per game on 38 percent shooting, Baker announced via twitter that he has resigned with New York.

He played in 52 games while shooting 27 percent from 3-point land. This is the same guy whose only, major Division-I offer came from Wichita State. And he did not disappoint.

In his four seasons with the Shockers, Baker averaged 13.2 points while shooting 37 percent from downtown. He helped lead Wichita State to the Final Four in 2014 and the following season, guided the Shockers to a 35-0 start before losing to Kentucky in the Sweet 16.
