El Dorado, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–Four players and one coach from southwest Kansas area schools will represent the West squad in the 44th annual Kansas Shrine Bowl on Saturday in El Dorado.
The players from southwest Kansas include Dylan Foos from Dighton, Peyton Hill from Garden City, Thomas Sanchez from Dodge City and Holcomb’s Dillon Williams. Garden City High School head coach Brian Hill is serving as an assistant on the West team. Head Coach for the West is Marc Marinelli from Goddard Eisenhower High School.
The Shrine Bowl players and coaches have been in camp since last Friday, and met with kids from Shriners Hospitals earlier this week.
Gametime is set for 7 pm at BG Products Veterans Sports Complex in El Dorado, where the Butler Community College football and soccer teams play.
