Garden City man arrested for meth distribution

Sunday March 18 at  12:15 p.m. the Garden City/Finney County Drug Task Force culminated an investigation into the methamphetamine distribution of William Lundy (55) 207 Elm St. with the service of a search warrant at his residence. The warrant was served by the Garden City/Finney County SWAT team.

Upon service of the warrant, Lundy was located and arrested without incident. Several items of evidence were located inside the residence to include alleged methamphetamine, heroin, and drug paraphernalia.

Lundy was arrested and lodged in the Finney County Jail and could face the possible charges of:
 Out of County warrant from Hamilton County for possession of methamphetamine
 Possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute within 1000’ of a school
 Possession of heroin with intent to distribute within 1000’ of a school.
