Scott City wrestling takes down Liberal

Holcomb, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–In their first dual of the year, Scott City wrapped up their pre-Christmas schedule on Tuesday night against the Liberal Redskins. Originally, it was tabbed as a triangular with Holcomb, but Holcomb was unable to participate. The Beavers continued their solid momentum with a 45-27 dual win.

There were also six exhibition matches, as both teams won three matches each.

Scott City will return to the mat on Saturday, January 5, 2019, at the J.R. Durham Invitational in Norton.
