Arrest Made in Shooting Incident at El Conquistador Restaurant
Garden City Police Department
On 09/16/2019 at 4:30 AM, Officers of the Garden City Police Department made an
arrest in relation to this incident in the area of 300 Hillside Ave. Garden City, KS.
Marcus William Roady(03/26/1988), transient of Garden City, was arrested and
lodged in the Finney County Jail. An affidavit will be filed requesting charges of 1st
degree Murder. The investigation is on-going.
