KWCA rankings include several area teams

Garden City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–As the final month of wrestling approaches, the Kansas Wrestling Coaches Association released their newest installment of rankings on Tuesday. 

Starting on the boys side, Garden City remains the top ranked team in Class 6A, while Dodge City comes in at No. 6. The Buffs have seven ranked wrestlers, while the Red Demons have five. No area teams are ranked in Class 4A. Scott City does have three wrestlers and Ulysses has one wrestler ranked in the classification. Wichita County has three wrestlers in the rankings in Class 3-2-1A.

On the girls side, Dodge City comes in at No. 2 and Garden City at No. 9 in Class 6-5A.
