Meth, Heroin found during search warrant in Garden City

Garden City, Kan (WesternKansasNews.Com) – On June 21, 2022, at around 8:00 P.M., the Garden City/Finney County Joint Drug Task Force served a search warrant at 2002 St. John Street #A1 as part of an ongoing investigation.

Inside the residence, the following items were seized as evidence:

• 620 suspected fentanyl pills
• 9.2 grams of heroin
• 8.7 grams of methamphetamine
• One firearm
• Scales and items indicative of the distribution and consumption of illegal narcotics

• Counterfeit money

Steven Rosas (31), Garden City, KS, was taken into custody without incident. Rosas was lodged in the Finney County Jail on the following charges:

• Distribution of Fentanyl
• Distribution of Methamphetamine
• Distribution of Heroin
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (F)

• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M)

• Counterfeiting Currency
