Meade Volleyball heads to Dodge City for 2A State Championship, Interview with Head Coach Leann Krier

Garden City, Kan (WesternKansasNews.com) – The Meade High School Volleyball sets its eyes on the 2A State Championship this Friday in Dodge City. The Buffaloes advanced after beating 3 teams by 2 sets each in Sub-State.

First, they took down Syracuse, then Oakley, and Wichita County in the Sub-State Championship. This season they have been led by C.C. Krier who has 231 kills and right behind her is Carlie Martin with 230 kills. The Buffaloes enter state with a 31-7 record and on a 13-game winning streak.

Baylen Hite talked with head coach Leann Krier about her team’s season and how they are looking at approaching this state tournament.
