Holcomb, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Today we celebrate National Ag Day through the eyes of a local farmer.  At 75 Andrew Larson Junior works just outside Holcomb and continues to do what his daddy taught him years ago.

Whatever the future holds, Larson knows the significance of the American farmer will only grow.

Larson is not spending as much time in the fields, because he is devoting more time to other things.

Despite some drawbacks, Larson’s two sons work on the farm and now their sons are involved, making the farm a true family connection.

Larson says he has no intentions of retiring, at least not for now.
