No Signs of Tourism Slowdown to Stop Fueling Dodge City Economy
Dodge City’s economy is built on tourism and while there are already doubts about the long-term viability of the US economy, City Manager Cherise Tieben believes Dodge will continue to do well.
The spark to this recent resurgence has been the Long Branch Lagoon Waterpark to where even some of the project’s detractors have done an about face.
With Dodge City Days in the next couple of weeks hotels, gas stations and other businesses are hoping to reap the benefits once again.
