Something is Brewing in Dodge City
Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) It is something new in Dodge City and they had their groundbreaking Thursday at the corner of Third and Spruce. The new Dodge City Brewery hopes to provide a unique experience. Owner and Head Brewer Larry Cook on what is planned.
Cook says once built it will be something the area needs.
Cook believes there is no better time to start his business.
And Cook has turned to the right people in determining the difficulties of getting started.
The new brewery is set to open next June.
