Chief Utz Continues Police-Community Outreach Intiatives
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The Garden City Police Department has been heavily involved with outreach to the community through its Citizens Academy Program which it holds once a year. Now Chief Michael Utz has created another program instituted at the national level and brought here locally called “Coffee with a Cop”.
The first of these events will be January 16th at Patrick Dugans.
