Class 2A: Meade Boys fourth, Wichita County girls 4×400 third

Wichita, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–The Class 2A state track & field championships at Cessna Stadium in Wichita saw some good results for the area on Friday and Saturday.

For the girls, Stanton County finished in 20th, Syracuse was 25th and Wichita County finished in 28th. Bronwyn Lewis for Syracuse finished second and Stanton County’s Katelyn Burger tied for third in the Pole Vault.

On the boys side, Meade finished in fourth place, Sublette was 22nd and Wichita County was 28th. Meade’s Logan Keith became a three-time champion in the 800M Run, and Wichita County’s Simon Medina was third in the shot put.
