Let’s Talk Water Conservation
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Western Kansas appreciates anything that will keep water levels higher. Officials in Liberal, Garden and Dodge City heard a presentation from Hays during this week’s SW Kansas Coalition meeting on ideas to conserve water.
Garden City Manager Matt Allen is hopeful that people will begin that discussion and even consider what sacrifices are needed in the long-term.
