Area wrestlers ranked in KWCA rankings
The Kansas Wrestling Coaches Association has released their latest rankings, as the boys will take the mat for their regional competition on Saturday.
Starting with Class 6A Boys, Garden City comes in ranked sixth as a team with five wrestlers ranked. Dodge City has two wrestlers ranked. In Class 4A, Scott City has four wrestlers ranked. Holcomb has two ranked wrestlers and Hugoton and Ulysses have one wrestler ranked. Class 321A has Cimarron and Wichita County with one ranked wrestler.
For the girls, Garden City is ranked first in Class 6A with 10 ranked wrestlers, and Dodge City is ranked sixth with five wrestlers ranked. Class 4A has Holcomb and Scott City with three ranked wrestlers. The Wichita County Girls are ranked 10th in Class 321A with two ranked wrestlers, and Ingalls has a ranked wrestler.
