KDOT: Fewer Traffic Fatalities This Year

While the number are traffic fatalities are down, Kirk Hutchinson and officials at KDOT do not know why, but here is what they will tell you.

For years now KDOT has set October 10th as “Put the Brakes on Fatalities Day”. Hutchinson explains what this means.
