KDOT: Put the Brake on Fatalities Poster Winners Announced
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The winners have been selected from our region for KDOT’s “Put the Brakes on Fatalities Day” poster contest.
Kirk Hutchinson of KDOT believes that through their creativity kids learn an important lesson.
Hutchinson says 1,300 kids participated statewide. The winners receive a new bicycle. “Put the Brakes on Fatalities Day” is Friday.
