Two Injured in a Shooting Early Monday Morning
Liberal, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Police are looking into an argument around 1:30 Monday morning where a 27 year old man and a a 40 year old woman were both shot during a dispute among several people. Name were not released, but police did say the shooting took place at the home in the 100 block of West Pancake. The two victims were flown to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
Witnesses described the suspects as a Hispanic male and a black male. The Hispanic male was approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall with a medium build and very short hair. The black male was described as about 6 feet tall with a large build and short “dread lock” style hair. Both fled the scene in a red or maroon Chevy Tahoe. Anyone with information is asked to call Liberal Police.
