Government Housing Project to Fill Need in Scott City

Scott City, KS (westerkansasnews.com) Scott City had a significant groundbreaking earlier in the week.  A private developer in cooperation with the federal government have started building four homes at the corner of Yucca and Maple.

Katie Eisenhour with the Scott County Development Committee says this subdivision is part of a bigger project.

Rent will be between 750-900 dollars a month.  Since it’s government housing there are some requirements.  For more information on the application process google Northwest Kansas Housing on the internet.
