Jetmore teen dies in rollover crash
Hodgeman County, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–A Jetmore teenager was killed in a rollover accident late Thursday night in Hodgeman County.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol report, a 1999 Ford F-150 Pickup driven by 16-year-old Kasey J Danaher of Jetmore was traveling eastbound on an unnamed roadway, five-and-a-half miles south of Jetmore, when she left the roadway and entered the north ditch.
The vehicle slid sideways, rolled one-and-a-half times, and came to rest in a field on its top.
Danaher was taken to Hodgeman County Health Center, where she was pronounced deceased.
She was not wearing a seatbelt, according to the KHP report.
