Downtown Road Construction Wrapping Up

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Drivers on Main Street in downtown Garden City have been asking themselves when is the road construction going to end. City Manager Matt Allen says very soon.

Allen says the weather will determine whether they are successful in reaching that goal.
