Finney County, Kan.–The Finney County Sheriff’s Office has announced that arrest has been made in the death of a Ulysses woman in late February.
On February 28, Finney County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a home in Finney County for a report of a woman not breathing. Deputies found the 29-year-old woman deceased in the home belonging to her boyfriend, 33-year-old Ricardo Galvez-Aguayo of Garden City.
