Dodge City, Kan.–The City of Dodge City is pleased to announce and welcome Noble Hospitality, Inc. to the community with the development of the Marshal Hotel, located in the historic downtown Dodge City.

The project will bring new life to the former First National Bank building, which will be transformed into the Marshal Hotel, a 55-room boutique hotel that will be part of the Outset Collection by Hilton. This redevelopment preserves an important piece of Dodge City’s history while adapting the space for modern use, creating a unique and inviting place for visitors to stay while experiencing the character of downtown.

“This project represents a meaningful investment in the future of downtown Dodge City,” said City Manager Nick Hernandez. “The Marshal Hotel will enhance the visitor experience while supporting local businesses and continuing the momentum of downtown development.”

“We’re honored to help bring new life to such an important landmark in downtown Dodge City. The Marshal Hotel reflects our commitment to thoughtful, contemporary hospitality – a place that respects the city’s history while creating something meaningful for its future. Our team and local ownership group care deeply about this community, and we’re proud to contribute to the continued momentum and growth of downtown.” – Terry Thom, CFOO, Noble Hospitality, Inc.

The ownership and management group, made up of local investors who currently own and operate the Holiday Inn Express in Dodge City, brings both experience and a strong commitment to the community. The Marshal Hotel will pay tribute to Dodge City’s past and present while serving as a key component of the larger STAR Bond expansion project.

The addition of the Marshal Hotel supports ongoing efforts to strengthen tourism, increase downtown activity, and create new opportunities for economic growth. This project highlights the value of partnerships that contribute to the long-term success of the Dodge City community.

To celebrate this exciting addition, the City of Dodge City, in partnership with Noble Hospitality, Inc., will host a reception at the Carnegie Center for the Arts at 12:00 PM on Thursday, April 9. Community members, business leaders, and partners are invited to attend and learn more about the project.
