Colorado man arrested in Finney County shooting
Finney County, Kan.–A Colorado man has been arrested for Monday night’s shooting that occurred in Finney County.
Finney County Sheriff’s Investigators learned that 33-year-old Jordan Deloach of Lamar, CO had traveled to Garden City and became involved in a confrontation with the victim. This led to Deloach going to the victim’s residence and shooting through the residential door, striking the victim. Deloach returned to Colorado where he was located by the Prowers County Sheriff’s Office. Finney County Sheriff’s Investigators met with Prowers County Sheriff’s Office to assist with further investigation. Investigators applied for and were granted a Finney County arrest warrant for Deloach.
Jordan Deloach was arrested and lodged in Prowers County, CO on a $250,000 c/cs warrant for the following charges of Attempted 1st Degree Murder and Criminal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
