District Using ClassDojo Communications App

Garden City Public Schools will use ClassDojo as the communication platform for schools, ensuring consistent and effective engagement between educators and families. ClassDojo will enable seamless two-way communication through its app, email, and web access, making it easy for parents and guardians to stay informed about their child’s education.

Teachers and administrators across all grade levels will use ClassDojo to share important announcements, classroom updates, and individual student progress. Additionally, ClassDojo will foster a positive school culture by allowing teachers to recognize students’ achievements and encourage positive behavior.

Parents will receive an invitation to join their child’s ClassDojo classroom on or around January 7, 2026, giving them direct access to real-time updates, messages, and school-wide communications. By using ClassDojo district-wide, we will strengthen the partnership between home and school, enhancing transparency and collaboration to support student success.

The district encourages every parent to download the ClassDojo app if possible and connect with your child’s teachers. Families that do not receive an email invitation may contact their child’s school office to get more information on how to sign up.
